Movements feel unnatural. The character movements are limited to one moving part at a time. The head is moving, or the hand, but never both. Very robotic. There could be more easing in and easing out, and more in-between frames. There are only 2 pictures of the speaker raising his arm from the table to over his head. 150 (on table), 151 (25% up), 154 (100% up). There are more pictures of the hand over the head than there are to raise the arm.

One arm of the human's is doing too much of the acting. He needs to act with more than just one limb on one side of his body.
