Stop motion is so difficult to do well, and you've done a respectable job. The mouse's movements are nicely done, the tail especially. Moving multiple elements in a coherent manner is hard, but well done here.
It looks like you left auto focus turned on, causing the jumpiness in the first 24 frames or so, and then the blurriness in frames 39 and 40.
Try to find a different material for your floors, one less susceptible to touch. It's apparent that you've had to touch the floor to animate the mouse through the entire final segment. A more rigid material will help with that.
