Good stuff - face needs a little more life

Nice work! it looks nice and smooth upto frame 208, after that from frame 225 to 250 the step seems slow, a bit of exaggeration before the clap would look good. Facial wise "Readyyyy" the smile mixed with the "E" shape seems to make the mouth look too small.
