I like the story, but I think the mouth positioning on the clown for the first bit of the animation is a little disconcerting.

Now, that's what I call a big twist at the end, fun idea! I like the animation on the clown/swan while the other guy felt a bit stiff at some points. The camera could have been like at the end on all the other shots, but that's just me. I'm not a fan of when the camera is right in front of a character, unless they breaking the 4th wall. Otherwise, I think this is really good animation and I hope you'll make more this year! :)
