i'd really work on cameras this huge push in that stops suddenly is super jarring to watch. also both characters are occupying the same area on the screen when it cuts. you could get away with the purple shirt where he is currently and move the camera until the cane guys is on screen left. it would help sell the camera within the room.

The old one looks really creepy ;D if that was your plan, you achieved it. At the end also the boy has a really creepy look. The head is too turned down. The overall animation is fluent, but the face expressions are not that appealing
