loosen up that torso mate! you have a great opportunity where the farmer can be leaning ont he shovel and bare moving his hand while he describes the swan, right now he's standing super rigid the whole time and its kind of awkward to watch. also i'd concentrate more on animation than rendering personally. i dont think its helped you out here

The framing is not choosen that well, work on that ;) Watch tutorials on eye animation could also help you.
