when doing lip synch i almost always start with opening and closing timings of the mouth. counting syllables is a great way to get this timing, then after that timing is good i work ont he wides and narrows where the mouth shrinks and expands based ont he letters. if you do those two steps you're lip synch will be almost perfect, right now its lacking quite a bit unfortunately
