Well done.

Love the twist to the audio here maybe the bear could look more worried but other then that great!

The lighting could be a bit better, it's hard to read the characters' faces.

Nicholas McCamish

Great job! I noticed that some of the poses were not hit in time. Other then that, congrats!

This is really good. Great use of the audio to animate the bear snout in the 2nd shot. Great thinking, that you established your characters in a small shot and then cut to show the bird more closely. Loved the way you animated the feathers to express the emotion and intensity of the dialogue. If this had been rendered with fur, it would look lovely, may have won the competition then. But I am not biased I will give the stars on the merit of your animation. Doesn't matter if it is a playblast or a rendered output.

Well done! Also nice job using some unique models to break away from the same-old-same-old everyone else is doing. It is appreciated from a voter's standpoint! :)

You clearly have some great creature animation skills and the more I watch that seagull shift its weight around, the more I love it! Unfortunately what brings this down is trying to lip-sync to such expressive lines with a beak. It just feels very stiff and odd, and I'm not sure what you could have done to fix this without using a different animal, or changing the rig so that beak is more dynamic. Keep on keeping on! Love those wings.

Ben

really cool bird rig
The bird is very convincing

This is incredible. I can't believe I just watched a seagull give that kind of performance.. well done!
