Some animations are way too stiff or are incomplete. The lipsyncing also need a lot of work (mostly completing it).

Staging of the characters is nice (though avoid that corner on the plane in the room, the door is also not juxtaposed right with the angle of the room, but animation is still the most important), you're still in the early phases of this animation though.

I believe the woman during her hand motions, they kinda stick too closely together. During some movements the distance between her hands should increase.

I must say you got the tone right, it's just still in the early stages
