love the use of the knife

I don't feel like the knife inspection is very realistic. Everything floats and wobbles a bit - especially the eyes wandering around. Grab a knife and film some reference. Most people would probably touch the blade and not hold it so high the entire time. The throw is easy to miss. I am also not too sure about the concept. Why would she tie him up if she wants him to go date?
