Good potential but the timing needs tweaking.

Love some of the acting. Her attitude is conveyed quite well I think. The eyes are a bit floaty. Blinks would help with some of it. She needs to look like she is actually looking at something. The shoulders on the secondary character should move a bit when she speaks.

I think some of the lip sync could do with some attention. But movement pretty nice. Watch the floaty eyes.

This looks like it lacks....life. Like the characters are just standing around and moving from one action to the next. But even the actions are floaty and not clear. Try showing your ref to people before starting so you can get feedback :)
