Moves way too much. Work the posing. Try working i steps. Check the arcs of the character with the motion trail.

motion and exrpession are good, man feels like hes moving his head way too much, like it weighs nothing (reminds me of the inflatable arm-flailing tube man by my carwash.) suggest considering where the energy originates... does his chest guide his movements? or maybe his power originates from the hips. so when he goes for big sweeping motions you will know what part starts the move first and what parts follow.
