The key poses could be more exaggerated, especially with the blond character. If her hands came up from below the table for some gesture I think that would be a great improvement.

Not too bad on the lip sync, but needs a bit more in body movements and breathing. Also work on your rule of thirds and camera composition more. It seems odd to the audience when they see one character replace the other in the same position. Read up on shot sequences to gain a better understanding of camera shot composition.
