Description
I tried to make a sketch in Blender using a Greas pencil.

Maybe this is a style you are going for, but the animations don't look remotely complete. The first dozen frames have the speaker going all over the place far too quickly, with no in between frames. There's no real attempt at lip sync.
There's some nice artistry with the foreground blur, and the parallax scrolling with depth of field. The camera movements themselves look very nice as well.
However, as a character animation, I feel there's just not enough frames being drawn.
