I feel you did a better job of animating the speaker's face during the "Oh My God" section than the beginning. His face looks flat and unexpressive, particularly compared to the stark contrast shown during around frame 125-135.
The speakers body movements look nice. Very fluid and believable, syncing well with the audio as well.
The hair cutting doesn't look convincing. It looks like he's moving the shaver around his head, as opposed to cutting hair. It was a challenging setting to attempt, and I applaud the effort.

at the start around 43, the 'flicking' of the wrist with the shears seems a little too fast/rotates too far. Maybe just tone it back a little?
And seems like he could use more of a "realization"/memory reaction at 116 when he says "oh my god".
