Who is he speaking to and where are they sitting? Frame 70-85, he's looking and pointing one way, suggesting his listener is directly across from him. By the end of the animation, he's looking 45 degrees to his right, directly into the camera.
The lip sync is mostly well done - and it was a tough one to do! Something looks off about the last "baby", though. Slowing it down, the second "B" sound was skipped between frames 165-168. Because this is one of the few times he isn't speaking quickly, both "B"s are really hit hard in the dialogue. Skipping the second "B" really stood out to me.
That aside, the animations are very well done. The conversational manner is well captured, from looking down into his glass early, to getting wide eyed at a well timed moment later.
