I modeled a small space and used a rig made by Santiago Calle [Rigging] Artstation and François Boquet [Model] Artstation.
In this shot, I used mostly American Sign Language and a few lip-sync moments

Kudos for originality. I don't know ASL so I won't even try to vouch for the accuracy here. I've noticed some very "animated" signers in press conferences here, so I think you could have done more with the face, but I'll leave my comments at that.
