The Reunion

Sam used to babysit Neka when she was a child. After they accidentally run into each other, they sit and recall old memories they had together.

The man's movements are too "snappy". The arm jumps up too quickly from 10-20 then back down too quickly. The swinging of the chin from 35-47, then back the other side a mere 5 frames later, then back to center just 2 frames after that. It's too snappy and unnatural.
Starting at frame 100, though, the animation smooths out nicely. The right hand over left from 114-129 is a much smoother and natural looking movement.
The female character, though only in the shot for a couple of seconds, comes off as very natural looking in her movements. Subtle and understated is very believable when working with realistic looking characters.
