Nice idea, good set, interesting composition, weak lip sync. Her reaction to the black magic seems slightly delayed - she at least should see that smoke peripherally and respond instantly. Also, her clutched hands throughout is cliche, but the worry she expresses is very readable! If this piece were 4 seconds longer so that smoke could clear and I could see the dog, I would gladly watch - you have my attention, but I think additionally polishing is necessary. I enjoyed this one.

Break up the body for overlap.

Work on your mouth shapes, especially on the guy in front. Make more definitive motions to avoid the actions feeling floaty and weightless.
