not bad.. hand is locking at the end.

Connection between the arm and the chest got lost at the end. Weight shift as he stands up happens too fast. Hand gesture at "no I did not" is a little cliche. Not bad in the face though!

The animation is pretty good, but you need to establish a shot at the beginning to show where the characters are in relationship to each other. Otherwise, the change of camera onto the second character is a bit jarring for the audience.

everything but him standing up from the chair is pretty good. take a good look at your reference and practice standing from sitting. you so close with the entry. well done
