Great work on the subtility here! I really love how you did add some tiny details in the shoulders to make the whole animation more credible. At first, I was thinking it was another talking head animation but clearly, you didn't make this mistake! Great work!

Even though you changed the second hand gesture, it still feels like the first one. I would recommend getting rid of one of the hand gestures and maybe a slight body change instead. Great looking rig!

Try another camera angle to focus the drama on the blue guy a little better. Maybe downward and tilted up. There's too much negative space above their heads in this shot. Also, push the facial expressions more in the eyes and eyebrows.

I really enjoyed the acting. Overall the only thing that i can point out is that the second character looses character in the second half of his lines. He seams tired at first then looses all emotion at the end. Wonderful subtlty though.
