Interesting concept. I think that the transition between the two character could be quickier throught. Also, it seems just a bit over animated!

Watch sliding feet as the "first guy" stands up straighter. Give him a bit of a hop to lift his weight off his feet just enough to shift under him, or shift his weight over and drag a foot over before readjusting his weight evenly again. Lovely character acting otherwise.
