Poses and timing are pretty good. Was the popping frame rate intentional? Were you going for a more stop-motion feel?

HAHAHA this is so funny, good posing. just need to smooth you're curves in the graph editor and work on the transition between the posing of the beginning of the first character. (he is doing is stuff a little bit too fast., maybe simplify the beginning for him) I think it would be good for you if you delete the first pose when he said call him, just make him having the glass in is hand since the beginning.
