Your character on the left is a bit over animated I think. For the black shirt one, the animation is good over all, but... He trying to look throught the scope with his forehead... It is a little bit weird...

A great animation, I'm struggling with the narrative a little though, are they talking to each other? or another character / the camera? But other than that it is good.
