The video quality is a bit poor, so it was a bit hard to see what was going on. At frame 223, it seemed like the guy was floating, which was distracting. But your animation is pretty good, so good job on that :)

Very mecanic here, particulary with the character at the end. Try to make more dynamic poses and add more inbetween before passing to spline.

Work on your poses more, even if this means less of them. Three good poses beat seven bad ones any day. The lack of appeal in the poses you have is mainly due to no rhythm connecting the entire body.
