This one's really good.

The only thing I noticed is some lipsynch problems:

1- The old man's lipsynch feels off particularly when he says Wilfred.

2- You really can't feel the F in if in the first guy

The facial expressions are there, but the mouth shapes aren't hitting hard enough on the consonants like 'f', 'w', and 'm'. Also the jaw doesn't seem to matching the dialogue as well as it could.

Reusing the first hand gesture makes it less appealing than it could've been. I would've chosen a different action, maybe a slight turn towards the other character? Otherwise, nice natural movements.

I think you've done an excellent job here with the posing, environment, and overall mood of the piece. The expressions are great and it feels natural.

The big distraction is the lipsync. I'd recommend you really study the shape you mouth makes when speaking the lines and exaggerate them (I literally mouth the lines when animating to feel how my lips, jaw, and tongue are moving). Right now I'm not seeing things like the 'o' shape the mouth makes at the beginning of 'Wilfred', or the bottom lip tucking under the top teeth in the 'f' sound of 'merciful'.

I pick on it because this is otherwise very well done. That last 5% or so will do wonders for this. Great work!
