This could be a really strong animation. I don't think you are a bad animator.
I think the hand gesture on 160 is too similar. You needed to change it up with a little more body acting.
The pose on "It's up there" doesn't read well. It could be interpreted as a middle finger. lol. And it might also be to similar to the first characters acting.

Would've liked to have seen an action cut as the old man raised his hands the first time. Otherwise, the jump appears somewhat jarring because all our attention was still on the kid
