This is my first entry to the 11 Second Club. I do enjoy every step of animating and when a friend of mine told me about this monthly competition, I instantly fell in love with the idea. I hope you enjoy.

Love your characters. Lip sync is off, however.
Try this approach on the mouth.
Key frames are all Consonant sounds. Vowels are break downs.
