You have great animation skils. Your lip sync is just holding you back.
If you are struggling with lip sync, try this approach;
Every Consonant is a key frame, every vowel is a breakdown jaw movement.

I like the staging at the start, it's really natural and human. I feel that the Dad's Lip Syncing could do with some tightening up though. Really good job though!
