I think is a really good a appealing animation, only the timing could be more dramatic.

I can see that the lip sync and the facial expressions are lacking quite a bit. Work a little more on those two things and it should improve your animation. Pick up the Animator's Survival Kit, Richard Williams writes about those two things.
