the pose on "Things" should happen on "Feel". It would add a lot of strength to this piece.

I like the animation overall. I do think the placement of the characters in the composition is a bit confusing though. On the parts where the therapist is talking I would maybe consider having the furniture that the other character is siting place somewhere behind him or maybe have him look to where the other character is instead of straight ahead.

Don't be afraid to draw the body's of the characters multiple times. In other words, don't just animate the mouth moving on a still picture. Drawing more helps create really bodily movement that can help make the animation better to look at.
