It's pretty charming, but the character motivations are... confusing. Why the dance?

The animation on the boy is ok. I like the expression on his face at the end, But he moves pretty stiff and to fast when he starts to talk. The man is also ok but he turns around pretty stilt, like a flag post that are about to fall down. Otherwise, ok, so keep on, you're on the right track! Btw, doesn't the man looking like Walt Disney?!
