I'm not sure what the purpose is of the live action video.

Definitely needs a lot more. The head randomly twitches, the arm seems to move at random points not seemingly alongside any part of the sound, and there's no other body movement.
Look at some animations on TV, Movies, Games, get a lot of reference and see how their characters are really pushed with the dialogue they're given, how the bodies move, how the face accentuates it with emotion.
