The characters are rocking back and forth at a very quick pace at confusingly random intervals. I like the enthusiasm, and I can tell you had a nice idea going with the poses later on, but you tried putting too much in too little time and it seems too quick. Try to pull things back a bit and introduce more character than eccentricity.
