My first attempt in this competition ever, and actually my first animation since i decide to become an animator.

lip-sync needs more work

It seems that the character was animated one body part individually from the rest of them. E.g. The shoulders magically going upwards without the torso or head moving or being affected by it. Get some more easing in the animations, or at least time it better, as most of the movements seem fairly linear.
