The context on this was actually pretty confusing...
The characters move by just floating, try to make them (even if they aren't) SEEM as if they are walking with some bobbing up and down, rotations/hip movement. Some good poses to go along with the dialogue here though, also try and keep the animations feeling more...human, less Pose to Pose.
