I like the feeling tour were going for! That scene where he turns around is fantastic! I was a little confused where he was playing with his thumbs though.

I feel like there is a good will to make the characters very expressive, but I think they work together as a whole. I also don't really understand what's going on. The base idea and overalp are good but the articulations snap too much.

I feel like the story doesn't match the dialogue. Animation wise the principals arms feel unnatural and rigid. Great posing throughout the shot though.

in the beginning, the movement was very smooth and acting was well expressed, though as the animation goes on some movements are overly fluid, like the principals hands when asking about dinner, or overly rigid, like the younger character's leg movements. Pretty solid and a great start
