The heads feel bouncy. Character design is nice. The mouth shapes are maybe morphing too smooth? Maybe something more snappy animation on the mouth shapes like Family Guy style.

That would be very nice it the mouth weren't wobbeling like that. The lips should be held closed a bit longer and sometimes the mouth should be less opened to feel the words better.

The mouth shapes are super distracting, next time I'd try hand animating the mouth or creating a library of symbols.
