Definitely a very smooth animation the turns are so nice it’s almost like a 3D model. I love the quick turn and hand close at the end when he says “Swaggering” I like the design of this as well its simple but really well animated
I think one thing I noticed though is the arm when it moves down from his chin disappears a few times and appears a bit smaller. Probably from working with foreshortening which can be difficult but that was it this is really good well done!

Good start! Right now you may be jumping too quickly to "finished" lines, and not taking enough time to animate the forms underneath them. You need to go back to base-shapes first, and keep it loose and rough. From there you can lay over the final, clean lines, and it will turn out to be far more appealing. Good luck with your future entries, keep at it! :)
