The scene, lighting, & lip-sync are excellent. I think he's overacting with his right hand. I think it would be more powerful if the blocking was simpler. Also his sitting down at frame 188 would benefit from greater weight (and maybe using both hands). I would try matching the spacing to reference.

The shots look really clean and don't detract from any of the animation.

Oh my-

I love the first two shots with the light that passes by the window as he turns away. The way he walks and turns to sit is very elegant. Then theres a guy minding his business takin a dump. The designs of both characters are fun contrast between each other.

I think something small like making toilet man a little more irritated earlier on sense his reaction is only a few seconds long. But this turned out so well really great job!
