i think you should make the eyes blink. after all, all of cartoon character now have blinking movement every few seconds.

Beastboy would definitely be dramatic like that pff. The ears wiggling the slight bobbing of the body when he puts his arms up is really nice I also really like the expressions shown using his eyebrows.
I like bout much you used the arms as well I think you could go further with that in his gesturing. Like pretending to adjust a tie, Something like that! But this turned out really good! Good job!
