Your lip syncs are overacting just a bit/trying to hit to many of the sounds in each word I think. Maybe focusing on condensing those mouth shapes and not letting the movements for the mouth stretch too far past when the sounds stop would help. You're working a lot of fun expressions into your characters that I really like, the sweating and the crossing of the arms, it really adds a lot to the piece in a really fun way!!
