The concept is a great start, but the mouths seem missing and the eye’s angles and shot changes make the animation hard to discern who’s who. Finally, try to add more movement to the characters to understand their actions.

This is too stiff, add some more movement for the characters, otherwise the colors are pretty and you should keep going.
