The part with the hammer throw is a bit poor compared to the rest. But except some technical problems (broken IK, link constraints...) your animation is pretty nice.

I liked your concept. I would revisit the part where he is being flung backward with the weight of the hammer.

The weight was wrong in multiple places in this piece of animation, keep practising! Cool idea though.
