I think this needs a lot of more improvement on the facial expressions, as well as the lip sync itself, it's kinda off, after frame 250 the audio doesn't match the animation at all. Good job overall!

Very distracting with the locators still in there. If you have time to put in all these background textures, you ought to have time to remove locators from the shot.
