You only have 11 seconds -- don't make the audience guess what the situation is. Remember the 3rd principle of animation: Staging.

acting wise i like the start. But after that it hard to read her feelings and not sure what she is thinking. I Think you should look into timing, and variation in timing, makes animation much more interesting and alive.

There are some good thing going on here, but it would benefit from having raised the camera just a bit so as to not cut off the top of her head.
