An unfair contract

The rate of unemployment is increasing, a man has no idea to chose the job that he want to do. The manager gave a job to him with an unfair contract, because she knows that the supply of the jobs do not meet the demand.

a lot of silence time before and specially after the dialogue is destroying your work .
and if the guy is your lead ,the problem is he doesn't look's convincing about his problem when he speaks .

I enjoyed the story created from the dialogue.

You could have left out the last part easily. It's a nice moment on its own but it didn't do much for your overall shot. Also the lipsync needs some work, but it's definitely a good effort.
