For little to no reason or relation, a man applying for a job in a local office was suddenly sprung by a strange request to do an accent- all mostly to mess with him.

I'd try to keep the camera and backgrounds more minimal so the animations can be seen better.

This animation is very stiff, I say focus less on lip sync and more on body mechanics. Get your characters to emote through their body language, then move to the face.

The camera rotation is quite artistic, to say the least.

This animation is messed up. Camera angles are bad, the guy isn't even looking at the character, and no emotion at all

Instead of camera move you could use cuts. It feels you are in blocking phase.
