The hands spin a little much and end up being distracting.

fairly nice but one major thing I notice is those Ik arms need some work, the wrists on the holds look stuck. Make sure to add some counter animation to keep them connected to the torso if your going to use IK arms. Keep up the good work.

I'm not sure if you're getting gimbal lock or if you love really flamboyant hand movements but I must admit they're a bit distracting!
