Two key things will help improve your animations. The mouths need to be more expressive. Also, when your characters finished doing something like pulling her arm back @ frame 35, it was WAY too quick; consider slowing the action down so that it looks more natural.

Decent overall, just faces feel too stiff and wooden, Needs more expressiveness especially around the eyes, eyebrows, cheeks.
